- Business details required for the service you request, such as business name, address, PAN, GSTIN, activity, bank details, employee count, investment and turnover.
- Payment information processed by our payment partner (we do not store card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials).
- Communication records such as calls, WhatsApp messages and emails, which may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
2. How we use information
- To provide the requested consultancy and filing assistance.
- To contact you about your application, including by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email.
- To issue invoices, process payments and refunds.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
3. What we never ask for
We never ask for OTPs, passwords, UPI PINs, card CVV or net-banking credentials. Aadhaar OTP verification is always completed by you on your own device.

We share information only with: the official government portals for filing your application; payment gateway partners (Cashfree Payments) for processing payments; communication and cloud service providers who work on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; and authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data.
