These Terms govern your use of the websites www.eudym.ltd and www.msme.llc and the services offered by EUDYM, a proprietorship firm of Shailesh Kumar Pandey, GSTIN 07BZAPP0928C1ZP, having its office at 408, 4th Floor, Suneja Tower 2, Najafgarh Road, Janakpuri District Centre, New Delhi – 110058, Delhi, India ("EUDYM", "we", "us", "our"). By using our websites or services you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of services
EUDYM is a private consultancy that provides professional assistance for Udyam (MSME) registration, re-registration, certificate download, certificate updates, GeM registration and related services. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with any government department. Certificates and registrations are issued only by the respective government authorities through their official portals.
2. Free government registration
Udyam registration is free on udyamregistration.gov.in and GeM seller registration is free on gem.gov.in. You may apply directly without our assistance. Fees paid to EUDYM are solely for professional services.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Provide true, complete and accurate information and documents.
- Complete Aadhaar OTP verification personally on your own device.
- Information in Udyam registration is self-declared; you remain responsible for its correctness.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are as displayed on our Pricing page at the time of order. GST is charged as applicable. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. A GST invoice is issued for each payment.
5. No guarantee of benefits
Loans, subsidies, tender preferences and other benefits depend on the policies and decisions of banks and authorities. EUDYM does not guarantee any such benefit.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with any service is limited to the fee paid for that service. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by government portal downtime, incorrect information supplied by the customer, or events beyond our control.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Communication consent
By submitting your details you consent to be contacted by EUDYM by phone (including AI-assisted calls), SMS, WhatsApp and email regarding your application. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or writing to care@msme.llc.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
